Who can join Tripflowra as an agency?
Any licensed travel agency that can submit a valid commercial registration document. Once submitted, our admin team reviews and approves your account before you can publish trips.
How does Tripflowra's commission model work?
Tripflowra charges a configurable commission (default 10%) from every escrowed booking before agency payout. Admins can adjust this globally, per agency, per destination, or by time period for promotional campaigns.
Can unapproved agencies publish trips?
No. Agencies remain in Pending status until our admin reviews and approves their commercial registration. Only approved agencies can publish live trip listings on the marketplace.
How are reviews kept authentic?
Reviews are exclusively tied to completed, real bookings. Travelers can only leave a review after the trip is marked as completed — making every rating genuine and trustworthy for future users.
What is the delayed agency reveal rule?
To reduce bias and price discrimination, traveler agency visibility is delayed. For domestic trips, agencies are revealed 2 days before departure. For international trips, the reveal timing is configurable by destination or trip category.
When do agencies receive their payouts?
Payout timing is configurable by the platform admin — options include immediately after booking confirmation, at trip start, or after trip completion. Payouts can also be placed on hold during active disputes.
